Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Frontline CrossFit is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular Frontline CrossFit classes. These are our On-Ramp classes. Taught by certified trainers, these classes are for first-timers only and meet three times for one hour each session. The cost for these classes is $165 or included with 3 month paid in full membership.

On-Ramp classes are kept to very small sizes to ensure one-on-one attention. As you work through the 3 consecutive sessions you and your fellow newcomers will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. On-Ramp is the perfect place to ask questions and make some new friends before transitioning into our regular classes.
